just a couple of things that came to mind while watching nbatv this morning.
- boston celtics having a great night against the 76ers will never be as impressive as the 76ers making it to round two and making a series against the celtics.
- had the thunder not made the move from seatle, two things would be true. one. they would still be a sucky basketball team. two. only the few loyal fans in seatle would actually care about them. three. shut up okc, you act like you’ve had an amazing dynasty for years with a bunch of history behind you, but you don’t. you have seatle, and nobody liked seatle, all their ‘good’ players left seatle to join other teams.
- the spurs could go 16-0 in the play offs (yes, i believe they could win it all) and no one would care. grantland has already put all four of their championships on the list of most underserving. can only think that because of the lock out and all the weird stuff that’s happened in the play offs so far that this years winner will be put on that list as well.
